박상선(이하 "운영자")이 운영하는 모바일 애플리케이션 Twosie(이하 "서비스")는 연인 관계에 있는 두 사람만을 위한 비공개 채널 서비스입니다. 운영자는 아동 성적 학대 및 착취(CSAE) — 아동 성적 학대물(CSAM), 그루밍, 성착취 협박, 인신매매, 미성년자에 대한 모든 형태의 성적 묘사 및 착취를 포함합니다 — 에 대해 무관용 원칙을 적용하며, 서비스 내에서 이를 예방·탐지·신고할 책임을 집니다.
본 문서는 2024년 9월 1일부터 시행된 Google Play 아동 안전 표준 정책 및 서비스가 제공되는 각 국가의 관련 아동 안전 법령을 준수하기 위해 게시됩니다.
1. 이용 가능한 사용자
Twosie는 연인 관계에 있는 성인을 대상으로 합니다. 사용자는 만 14세 이상이어야 합니다. 이 기준은 전 세계 공통으로 적용되며, 일부 국가의 법령상 최소 연령(예: 미국 COPPA의 13세)보다 더 엄격합니다. 거주국 법령이 더 높은 최소 연령을 요구하는 경우(예: 일부 유럽연합 회원국의 GDPR 기준 만 16세), 해당 더 높은 기준이 적용됩니다.
만 14세 미만(또는 거주국 법령에 따른 더 높은 기준 미만)이 가입한 사실이 확인되면 해당 계정은 즉시 해지되며, 업로드된 콘텐츠는 삭제됩니다.
2. 금지 행위
Twosie에서는 다음 행위가 엄격히 금지되며, 이를 위반한 계정은 영구 해지됩니다.
- AI 생성물, 그림, 애니메이션 형태를 포함한 모든 CSAM의 업로드·공유·요청·홍보
- 미성년자에 대한 그루밍, 성적 권유, 성적 대화
- 미성년자를 대상으로 한 성착취 협박, 협박, 강요
- 착취를 목적으로 한 미성년자의 개인정보 공유
- 그 밖에 아동의 안전, 존엄, 복리를 위협하는 일체의 행위
3. 앱 내 신고
모든 사용자는 다음과 같이 앱 내에서 정책 위반 콘텐츠 또는 행위를 신고할 수 있습니다.
- 신고하려는 콘텐츠(사진, 동영상, 메시지, 프로필)를 엽니다.
- ··· (더보기) 메뉴를 누른 뒤 신고를 선택합니다.
- 신고 사유로 "아동 안전 / CSAE"를 선택한 뒤 제출합니다.
신고는 운영자의 신뢰·안전 담당자가 검토하며, 신뢰할 수 있는 CSAE 신고에 대해서는 접수 후 24시간 이내 조치를 목표로 합니다.
4. 운영자의 대응
신고가 확인되거나 CSAE가 별도의 경로로 탐지될 경우 운영자는 다음과 같이 조치합니다.
- 해당 콘텐츠를 서비스에서 즉시 삭제합니다.
- 관련 법령에 따라 증거를 보존합니다.
- 위반 계정을 영구 해지하고, 관련 식별자(이메일, 기기, 결제 수단 등)의 재가입을 차단합니다.
- CSAM으로 판단되는 콘텐츠는 미국 실종·착취 아동 센터(NCMEC) CyberTipline에 신고합니다.
- 대한민국 내 사용자 또는 콘텐츠의 경우 「아동·청소년의 성보호에 관한 법률」에 따라 방송통신심의위원회 및 경찰청에 신고합니다.
- 그 외 국가의 적법한 수사기관 요청에 협조합니다.
5. 지정 담당자
운영자의 아동 안전 담당 연락처는 CSAM 방지 정책 및 준수 사항을 설명하고, 사법기관 및 아동 안전 기관의 신고를 접수하기 위해 상시 운영됩니다.

중요한 변경 사항이 있을 경우 운영자는 서비스를 통해 합리적인 사전 통지를 제공합니다.
Twosie Child Safety Standards

Park SangSun (the "Operator") operates Twosie (the "Service"), a private channel app for two people in a couple relationship. The Operator has a zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) — including Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, trafficking, and any sexualization or exploitation of minors — and is committed to preventing, detecting, and reporting such conduct on the Service.
This document is published in compliance with the Google Play Child Safety Standards policy that took effect on September 1, 2024, and with applicable child-safety laws of the jurisdictions in which the Service is offered.
1. Who May Use Twosie
Twosie is intended for adults in a romantic relationship. Users must be at least 14 years of age. This minimum applies globally and is more strict than the legal minimum in some jurisdictions (for example, 13 in the United States under COPPA). Where local law requires a higher minimum (for example, 16 in some European Union member states under GDPR), the higher local minimum applies.
Accounts found to belong to users below the required minimum age will be terminated upon detection, and any uploaded content will be deleted.
2. Prohibited Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited on Twosie. Any account engaging in such conduct will be permanently terminated.
- Uploading, sharing, requesting, or promoting CSAM in any form, including AI-generated, drawn, or animated depictions.
- Grooming, soliciting, or sexually communicating with a minor.
- Sextortion, threats, or coercion involving a minor.
- Sharing personal information of a minor with the intent to facilitate exploitation.
- Any other conduct that endangers a child's safety, dignity, or well-being.
3. In-App Reporting
Any user can report content or behavior that may violate this policy from inside the Twosie app:
- Open the content (photo, video, message, or profile) you wish to report.
- Tap the ··· (more) menu, then choose Report.
- Select "Child safety / CSAE" as the reason and submit.
Reports are reviewed by the Operator's trust and safety personnel. The Operator aims to take action on credible CSAE reports within 24 hours of receipt.
4. Our Response
When a report is confirmed or CSAE is otherwise detected, the Operator will:
- Immediately remove the offending content from the Service.
- Preserve evidence as required by applicable law.
- Permanently terminate the offending account and block re-registration of related identifiers (email, device, payment instrument where applicable).
- Report apparent CSAM to the U.S. National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline.
- For users or content located in the Republic of Korea, report to the Korea Communications Standards Commission (KCSC) and the Korean National Police Agency in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Children and Youth Against Sex Offenses.
- Cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities in other jurisdictions.
5. Designated Point of Contact
The Operator's designated contact for child-safety inquiries is available to explain the Service's CSAM-prevention practices and to receive reports from law enforcement and child-safety organizations.

Twosie operates in compliance with applicable child-safety laws and standards, including but not limited to:
- Republic of Korea — Act on the Protection of Children and Youth Against Sex Offenses; Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection
- United States — 18 U.S.C. § 2258A (mandatory CSAM reporting to NCMEC); Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
- European Union — Digital Services Act (DSA) Article 12 and the proposed Regulation on Child Sexual Abuse
- United Kingdom — Online Safety Act 2023
- Australia — Online Safety Act 2021
- Google Play Child Safety Standards (effective September 1, 2024)
7. Updates to This Standard
The Operator may update this document to reflect changes in law, in the Operator's practices, or in industry standards. The "Effective date" at the top of this page indicates the latest revision.
Where material changes are made, the Operator will provide reasonable notice through the Service.

朴相宣(以下「運営者」)が運営するモバイルアプリケーション Twosie(以下「本サービス」)は、恋人関係にある二人だけのためのプライベートチャンネルサービスです。運営者は、児童性的虐待および搾取(CSAE) — 児童性的虐待コンテンツ(CSAM)、グルーミング、性的脅迫、人身売買、未成年者に対するあらゆる形態の性的描写および搾取を含みます — に対してゼロトレランス方針を採用し、本サービス内におけるこれらの行為の防止・検知・通報に責任を負います。
本文書は、2024年9月1日に施行された Google Play 児童安全基準 ポリシー、および本サービスが提供される各国の関連児童安全法令を遵守するために公開されています。
1. 利用可能なユーザー
Twosie は恋人関係にある成人を対象としています。ユーザーは 満14歳以上 である必要があります。この基準は世界共通で適用され、一部の国の法令上の最低年齢(例: 米国 COPPA の13歳)よりも厳しいものです。居住国の法令がより高い最低年齢を要求する場合(例: 一部の欧州連合加盟国における GDPR の満16歳)、当該より高い基準が適用されます。
満14歳未満(または居住国の法令上のより高い基準未満)の登録が確認された場合、当該アカウントは直ちに解約され、アップロードされたコンテンツは削除されます。
2. 禁止行為
Twosie では以下の行為が厳しく禁止されており、違反したアカウントは永久に解約されます。
- AI生成物、絵、アニメーションを含むあらゆる形態の CSAM のアップロード・共有・要求・宣伝
- 未成年者に対するグルーミング、性的勧誘、性的会話
- 未成年者を対象とした性的脅迫、脅迫、強要
- 搾取を目的とした未成年者の個人情報の共有
- その他、児童の安全、尊厳、福祉を脅かす一切の行為
3. アプリ内通報
すべてのユーザーは、以下の方法でアプリ内からポリシー違反のコンテンツまたは行為を通報できます。
- 通報したいコンテンツ(写真、動画、メッセージ、プロフィール)を開きます。
- ··· (その他) メニューをタップし、通報 を選択します。
- 通報理由として 「児童の安全 / CSAE」 を選択して送信します。
通報は運営者の信頼・安全担当者が審査し、信頼できる CSAE 通報については受領後 24時間以内 の対応を目標とします。
4. 運営者の対応
通報が確認された場合、または別の経路で CSAE が検知された場合、運営者は以下の対応を行います。
- 該当コンテンツを本サービスから直ちに削除します。
- 関連法令に従って証拠を保全します。
- 違反アカウントを永久に解約し、関連識別子(メール、端末、決済手段など)の再登録を遮断します。
- CSAM と判断されるコンテンツは 米国行方不明・搾取児童センター(NCMEC)CyberTipline に通報します。
- 大韓民国内のユーザーまたはコンテンツの場合、「児童·青少年の性保護に関する法律」に基づき 放送通信審議委員会 および 韓国国家警察庁 に通報します。
- その他の国の適法な捜査機関の要請に協力します。
5. 指定担当者
運営者の児童安全担当連絡先は、CSAM 防止方針および遵守状況を説明し、司法機関および児童安全機関からの通報を受領するために常時運営されています。
