제1조 (목적)

이 약관은 박상선(이하 "운영자")이 제공하는 모바일 애플리케이션 Twosie(이하 "서비스")의 이용과 관련하여, 운영자와 이용자 간의 권리·의무 및 책임사항, 이용 조건·절차 등 기본적인 사항을 정함을 목적으로 합니다.

제2조 (정의)

이 약관에서 사용하는 용어의 정의는 다음과 같습니다.

"서비스"란 운영자가 제공하는 Twosie 애플리케이션 및 이와 관련된 일체의 기능을 말합니다.
"이용자"란 이 약관에 동의하고 서비스를 이용하는 자를 말합니다.
"계정"이란 이용자가 Google 또는 Apple 로그인을 통해 생성한 서비스 이용 자격을 말합니다.
"커플"이란 두 명의 이용자가 초대 코드를 통해 연결된 한 쌍의 관계 단위를 말합니다.
"콘텐츠"란 이용자가 서비스 내에서 생성·업로드하는 사진, 동영상, 음성, 텍스트, 이모지 등 일체의 자료를 말합니다.

제3조 (약관의 효력 및 변경)

이 약관은 서비스 화면에 게시하거나 기타 방법으로 이용자에게 공지함으로써 효력이 발생합니다.
운영자는 관련 법령을 위반하지 않는 범위에서 이 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 적용일자와 변경 사유를 명시하여 사전에 공지합니다.
이용자가 변경된 약관에 동의하지 않는 경우 서비스 이용을 중단하고 회원 탈퇴를 할 수 있습니다. 변경 약관의 시행일 이후에도 서비스를 계속 이용하는 경우 변경에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

제4조 (계정 및 가입)

서비스 이용을 원하는 자는 Google 또는 Apple 계정으로 로그인하고, 이 약관 및 개인정보 처리방침에 동의함으로써 이용자가 됩니다.
서비스는 만 14세 이상의 이용자를 대상으로 합니다. 만 14세 미만은 서비스를 이용할 수 없습니다.
한 이용자는 하나의 계정만 보유함을 원칙으로 하며, 계정을 타인에게 양도·대여·공유할 수 없습니다.
계정 및 로그인 수단의 관리 책임은 이용자에게 있으며, 관리 소홀로 발생한 문제에 대해 운영자는 책임지지 않습니다.

제5조 (커플 연결)

서비스는 두 명의 이용자가 하나의 "커플"로 연결되어 이용하는 것을 전제로 합니다.
이용자는 커플을 생성하여 초대 코드를 발급하거나, 상대방의 초대 코드를 입력하여 커플에 참여할 수 있습니다.
하나의 커플은 최대 2명으로 구성되며, 이미 활성 커플에 속한 이용자는 다른 커플을 생성하거나 참여할 수 없습니다.
이용자는 언제든지 커플 연결을 해제할 수 있습니다. 연결 해제 후의 데이터 처리(30일 유예 등)는 제10조 및 개인정보 처리방침에 따릅니다.

제6조 (서비스의 내용)

운영자는 이용자에게 다음과 같은 기능을 제공합니다. 서비스의 구체적인 내용은 운영자의 정책에 따라 추가·변경될 수 있습니다.

일상 캡처(사진·동영상·음성·텍스트·이모지) 기록 및 커플 간 공유
오늘의 질문 및 답변, 리액션
커플 간 메시지
브이로그(영상 합성), 타임캡슐, 버킷리스트, 기념일
미션·뱃지 등 활동 요소
푸시 알림, 홈 화면 위젯
기타 운영자가 정하는 기능

제7조 (콘텐츠의 권리와 책임)

이용자가 서비스 내에서 생성한 콘텐츠의 저작권 등 권리는 해당 이용자(또는 정당한 권리자)에게 있습니다.
이용자는 서비스 제공·운영·백업·보관에 필요한 범위에서 운영자가 콘텐츠를 저장·처리·표시할 수 있도록 허락합니다. 이 허락은 콘텐츠 삭제 또는 회원 탈퇴 시 종료되며, 운영자는 콘텐츠를 서비스 제공 외의 목적(예: 외부 광고·홍보)으로 이용하지 않습니다.
서비스의 본질상 이용자가 생성한 콘텐츠는 연결된 커플 상대방에게 공개·공유됩니다. 상대방은 공유된 콘텐츠를 열람하거나 자신의 기기에 저장할 수 있습니다. 이용자는 이 점을 이해하고 콘텐츠를 생성해야 합니다.
이용자는 본인이 권리를 보유하거나 적법하게 이용할 수 있는 콘텐츠만 업로드해야 하며, 콘텐츠로 인해 발생하는 모든 책임은 해당 이용자가 부담합니다.
서비스 외부로 콘텐츠를 공유(공유 시트 등)하는 경우, 외부 공유 이후의 콘텐츠 관리 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.

제8조 (이용자의 의무 및 금지행위)

이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.

타인의 계정·개인정보를 도용하거나 부정하게 이용하는 행위
타인의 저작권·초상권·사생활 등 권리를 침해하는 콘텐츠를 게시하는 행위
음란물, 폭력적·혐오적 표현, 불법 정보 등 법령이나 공서양속에 반하는 콘텐츠를 게시하는 행위
상대방의 동의 없이 상대방을 식별·노출하는 콘텐츠를 게시하거나, 상대방을 괴롭히는 행위
서비스의 정상적인 운영을 방해하거나, 시스템·서버에 부정하게 접근하는 행위
운영자 또는 제3자의 권리를 침해하거나 법령을 위반하는 일체의 행위

제9조 (서비스의 변경 및 중단)

운영자는 서비스의 내용을 개선하거나 운영상·기술상 필요에 따라 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 변경·중단할 수 있습니다.
서비스 점검, 설비 장애, 천재지변, 제3자(인프라·인증·푸시 제공자 등)의 사정 등 부득이한 사유로 서비스 제공이 일시 중단될 수 있습니다.
서비스를 종료하는 경우 운영자는 합리적인 기간을 두고 사전에 공지하며, 이용자가 데이터를 보존할 수 있도록 노력합니다.

제10조 (계약 해지 및 데이터 삭제)

이용자는 언제든지 앱 내 설정 화면에서 회원 탈퇴를 할 수 있습니다.
회원 탈퇴 시, 탈퇴하는 이용자가 속한 커플의 데이터는 30일 유예 없이 삭제 처리가 즉시 시작됩니다. 데이터베이스 기록은 지체 없이 파기되며, 분산 저장된 미디어 파일 등 일부 데이터는 기술적 처리 절차에 따라 완전 삭제까지 최대 30일 이내 완료됩니다. 커플 콘텐츠는 두 사람이 함께 만든 공유 데이터이므로, 한 명의 탈퇴는 해당 커플의 사진·영상·음성·메시지 등 공유 콘텐츠 전부의 삭제로 이어집니다. 이용자는 이 점을 충분히 이해한 뒤 탈퇴해야 합니다.
커플 연결만 해제하는 경우, 커플 데이터는 연결 해제 후 30일이 지나면 삭제됩니다. 30일 이내에 새 커플을 생성하거나 다른 커플에 참여하면 기존 데이터는 즉시 삭제 처리됩니다.
운영자는 이용자가 이 약관 또는 법령을 중대하게 위반한 경우, 사전 통지 후(긴급한 경우 사후 통지) 서비스 이용을 제한하거나 계약을 해지할 수 있습니다.
데이터의 보유·파기에 관한 상세 사항은 개인정보 처리방침에 따릅니다.

제11조 (면책 및 책임의 제한)

운영자는 천재지변, 제3자 인프라·인증·푸시 서비스의 장애 등 운영자의 합리적인 통제를 벗어난 사유로 발생한 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
운영자는 이용자가 게시한 콘텐츠의 정확성·신뢰성, 또는 이용자 간(커플 상대방 포함)에 발생한 분쟁에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
운영자는 무료로 제공되는 서비스의 이용과 관련하여, 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 책임을 부담하지 않습니다.
이용자는 중요한 콘텐츠를 별도로 백업할 책임이 있으며, 운영자는 데이터 손실에 대해 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 책임을 제한합니다.
이 조항은 운영자의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 인한 손해 및 법령상 제한할 수 없는 책임을 배제하지 않습니다.

제12조 (준거법 및 분쟁 해결)

이 약관 및 서비스 이용과 관련한 사항에는 대한민국 법령이 적용됩니다.
운영자와 이용자 간 분쟁은 상호 신의에 따라 원만히 해결하는 것을 원칙으로 하며, 협의가 이루어지지 않는 경우 「민사소송법」에 따른 관할 법원에 소를 제기할 수 있습니다.

Twosie Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set out the basic matters regarding the use of the mobile application Twosie (the "Service") provided by Park SangSun (the "Operator"), including the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Operator and users, as well as the conditions and procedures of use.

Article 2 (Definitions)

The terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

"Service" means the Twosie application provided by the Operator and all related features.
"User" means a person who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
"Account" means the eligibility to use the Service that a user creates by logging in through Google or Apple.
"Couple" means a pair of two users connected through an invite code.
"Content" means all materials a user creates or uploads within the Service, including photos, videos, voice recordings, text, and emoji.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of the Terms)

These Terms take effect by being posted on a Service screen or otherwise notified to users.
The Operator may amend these Terms within the limits of applicable law, and when doing so will give prior notice specifying the effective date and the reason for the amendment.
If a user does not agree to the amended Terms, the user may stop using the Service and delete their account. If a user continues to use the Service after the effective date of the amended Terms, the user is deemed to have agreed to the amendment.

Article 4 (Account and Registration)

A person wishing to use the Service becomes a user by logging in with a Google or Apple account and agreeing to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
The Service is intended for users aged 14 and older. Persons under the age of 14 may not use the Service.
As a rule, a user may hold only one account, and may not transfer, lend, or share an account with others.
The user is responsible for managing their account and login credentials, and the Operator is not liable for problems arising from the user's negligence in such management.

Article 5 (Couple Connection)

The Service is premised on two users being connected as a single "Couple" and using it together.
A user may create a couple and issue an invite code, or enter a partner's invite code to join a couple.
A couple consists of up to two members, and a user already belonging to an active couple may not create or join another couple.
A user may disconnect a couple at any time. Data handling after disconnection (including the 30-day grace period) follows Article 10 and the Privacy Policy.

Article 6 (Contents of the Service)

The Operator provides users with the following features. The specific contents of the Service may be added to or changed in accordance with the Operator's policies.

Recording daily captures (photos, videos, voice, text, emoji) and sharing them between partners
Daily questions, answers, and reactions
Messages between partners
Vlogs (video composition), time capsules, bucket lists, anniversaries
Activity elements such as missions and badges
Push notifications and home-screen widgets
Other features determined by the Operator

Article 7 (Rights and Responsibilities Regarding Content)

The rights, including copyright, to content a user creates within the Service belong to that user (or the rightful owner).
The user permits the Operator to store, process, and display content to the extent necessary to provide, operate, back up, and retain the Service. This permission ends when the content is deleted or the account is deleted, and the Operator does not use the content for purposes other than providing the Service (for example, external advertising or promotion).
By the very nature of the Service, content created by a user is disclosed to and shared with the connected partner. The partner may view shared content and save it to their own device. The user must create content with an understanding of this.
The user must upload only content for which the user holds the rights or which the user may lawfully use, and the user bears all responsibility arising from the content.
If content is shared outside the Service (for example, via a share sheet), the user is responsible for managing the content after such external sharing.

Article 8 (Obligations and Prohibited Conduct of Users)

A user must not engage in any of the following:

Stealing or fraudulently using another person's account or personal information
Posting content that infringes another person's rights, such as copyright, likeness rights, or privacy
Posting content that violates law or public order and morals, such as obscene material, violent or hateful expression, or illegal information
Posting content that identifies or exposes a partner without their consent, or harassing a partner
Interfering with the normal operation of the Service, or improperly accessing systems or servers
Any act that infringes the rights of the Operator or a third party or violates the law

Article 9 (Changes to and Suspension of the Service)

The Operator may change or discontinue all or part of the Service to improve it or as required for operational or technical reasons.
The provision of the Service may be temporarily suspended for unavoidable reasons such as service maintenance, equipment failure, force majeure, or circumstances of third parties (infrastructure, authentication, or push providers).
If the Service is terminated, the Operator will provide prior notice within a reasonable period and will make efforts to allow users to preserve their data.

Article 10 (Termination and Data Deletion)

A user may delete their account at any time on the in-app settings screen.
Upon account deletion, deletion of the data of the couple to which the deleting user belongs begins immediately, with no 30-day grace period. Database records are erased without delay; some data, such as media files held in distributed storage, may take up to 30 days to be fully erased due to technical processing. Because couple content is shared data created by two people, the deletion of one member's account results in the deletion of all shared content of that couple — including photos, videos, voice recordings, and messages. A user must delete their account only after fully understanding this.
If a user only disconnects the couple, the couple data is deleted 30 days after disconnection. If the user creates a new couple or joins another couple within those 30 days, the existing data is deleted without delay.
If a user materially violates these Terms or the law, the Operator may restrict use of the Service or terminate the agreement after prior notice (or after-the-fact notice in urgent cases).
Detailed matters regarding the retention and destruction of data follow the Privacy Policy.

Article 11 (Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability)

The Operator is not liable for damages arising from causes beyond the Operator's reasonable control, such as force majeure or failures of third-party infrastructure, authentication, or push services.
The Operator is not liable for the accuracy or reliability of content posted by users, or for disputes arising between users (including a couple partner).
With respect to the use of services provided free of charge, the Operator bears no liability to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The user is responsible for separately backing up important content, and the Operator limits its liability for data loss to the extent permitted by applicable law.
This Article does not exclude liability for damages caused by the Operator's willful misconduct or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Article 12 (Governing Law and Dispute Resolution)

The laws of the Republic of Korea apply to these Terms and to matters related to the use of the Service.
Disputes between the Operator and users are, in principle, to be resolved amicably in good faith. If no agreement is reached, a lawsuit may be filed with the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.

第1条（目的）

本規約は、パク・サンソン（박상선、以下「運営者」）が提供するモバイルアプリケーション Twosie（以下「本サービス」）の利用に関し、運営者とユーザーとの間の権利・義務および責任事項、利用の条件・手続きなど、基本的な事項を定めることを目的とします。

第2条（定義）

本規約で使用する用語の定義は次のとおりです。

「本サービス」とは、運営者が提供する Twosie アプリケーションおよびこれに関連する一切の機能をいいます。
「ユーザー」とは、本規約に同意し本サービスを利用する者をいいます。
「アカウント」とは、ユーザーが Google または Apple ログインを通じて作成した本サービスの利用資格をいいます。
「カップル」とは、2名のユーザーが招待コードを通じて連携した一対の関係単位をいいます。
「コンテンツ」とは、ユーザーが本サービス内で作成・アップロードする写真、動画、音声、テキスト、絵文字など一切の資料をいいます。

第3条（規約の効力および変更）

本規約は、本サービスの画面に掲示し、またはその他の方法でユーザーに告知することにより効力が生じます。
運営者は、関連法令に違反しない範囲で本規約を変更することができ、変更する場合は適用日および変更理由を明示して事前に告知します。
ユーザーが変更後の規約に同意しない場合は、本サービスの利用を中止し退会することができます。変更後の規約の施行日以降も本サービスの利用を継続する場合は、変更に同意したものとみなします。

第4条（アカウントおよび登録）

本サービスの利用を希望する者は、Google または Apple アカウントでログインし、本規約およびプライバシーポリシーに同意することによりユーザーとなります。
本サービスは 満14歳以上 のユーザーを対象とします。満14歳未満は本サービスを利用できません。
1人のユーザーは1つのアカウントのみを保有することを原則とし、アカウントを他人に譲渡・貸与・共有することはできません。
アカウントおよびログイン手段の管理責任はユーザーにあり、管理の懈怠により生じた問題について運営者は責任を負いません。

第5条（カップル連携）

本サービスは、2名のユーザーが1つの「カップル」として連携して利用することを前提とします。
ユーザーは、カップルを作成して招待コードを発行し、または相手の招待コードを入力してカップルに参加することができます。
1つのカップルは最大2名で構成され、すでに有効なカップルに属しているユーザーは、別のカップルを作成または参加することができません。
ユーザーはいつでもカップル連携を解除することができます。連携解除後のデータ処理（30日の猶予など）は、第10条およびプライバシーポリシーに従います。

第6条（本サービスの内容）

運営者は、ユーザーに次の機能を提供します。本サービスの具体的な内容は、運営者の方針に従って追加・変更されることがあります。

日常のキャプチャ（写真・動画・音声・テキスト・絵文字）の記録およびカップル間での共有
今日の質問および回答、リアクション
カップル間のメッセージ
ブイログ（動画合成）、タイムカプセル、バケットリスト、記念日
ミッション・バッジなどの活動要素
プッシュ通知、ホーム画面ウィジェット
その他、運営者が定める機能

第7条（コンテンツの権利と責任）

ユーザーが本サービス内で作成したコンテンツの著作権などの権利は、当該ユーザー（または正当な権利者）に帰属します。
ユーザーは、本サービスの提供・運営・バックアップ・保管に必要な範囲で、運営者がコンテンツを保存・処理・表示することを許諾します。この許諾はコンテンツの削除または退会時に終了し、運営者はコンテンツを本サービスの提供以外の目的（例：外部の広告・宣伝）に利用しません。
本サービスの性質上、ユーザーが作成したコンテンツは連携したカップルの相手に開示・共有されます。 相手は、共有されたコンテンツを閲覧し、または自身の端末に保存することができます。ユーザーはこの点を理解したうえでコンテンツを作成する必要があります。
ユーザーは、自身が権利を保有するか、適法に利用できるコンテンツのみをアップロードしなければならず、コンテンツに起因して生じる一切の責任は当該ユーザーが負います。
本サービスの外部へコンテンツを共有する（共有シートなど）場合、外部共有後のコンテンツの管理責任はユーザーにあります。

第8条（ユーザーの義務および禁止行為）

ユーザーは、次の行為を行ってはなりません。

他人のアカウント・個人情報を盗用し、または不正に利用する行為
他人の著作権・肖像権・私生活などの権利を侵害するコンテンツを掲載する行為
わいせつ物、暴力的・差別的な表現、違法な情報など、法令または公序良俗に反するコンテンツを掲載する行為
相手の同意なく相手を識別・露出させるコンテンツを掲載し、または相手に対する嫌がらせを行う行為
本サービスの正常な運営を妨害し、またはシステム・サーバーに不正にアクセスする行為
運営者または第三者の権利を侵害し、または法令に違反する一切の行為

第9条（本サービスの変更および中断）

運営者は、本サービスの内容を改善し、または運営上・技術上の必要に応じて、本サービスの全部または一部を変更・中断することができます。
サービスの点検、設備の障害、天災地変、第三者（インフラ・認証・プッシュの提供者など）の事情など、やむを得ない事由により、本サービスの提供が一時的に中断されることがあります。
本サービスを終了する場合、運営者は合理的な期間をおいて事前に告知し、ユーザーがデータを保存できるよう努めます。

第10条（契約の解除およびデータの削除）

ユーザーはいつでも、アプリ内の設定画面から退会することができます。
退会時、退会するユーザーが属するカップルのデータは、30日の猶予なく削除処理が直ちに開始されます。 データベース上の記録は遅滞なく破棄され、分散保存されたメディアファイルなど一部のデータは技術的な処理手続き上、完全な削除まで最大30日以内に完了します。カップルのコンテンツは2人で一緒に作った共有データであるため、一方の退会は、当該カップルの写真・動画・音声・メッセージなど共有コンテンツのすべての削除につながります。ユーザーはこの点を十分に理解したうえで退会する必要があります。
ユーザーがカップル連携のみを解除する場合、カップルデータは連携解除後30日が経過すると削除されます。30日以内に新しいカップルを作成するか、別のカップルに参加した場合、従来のデータは直ちに削除処理されます。
ユーザーが本規約または法令に重大に違反した場合、運営者は事前の通知（緊急の場合は事後の通知）のうえ、本サービスの利用を制限し、または契約を解除することができます。
データの保有・破棄に関する詳細は、プライバシーポリシーに従います。

第11条（免責および責任の制限）

運営者は、天災地変、第三者のインフラ・認証・プッシュサービスの障害など、運営者の合理的な管理を超える事由により生じた損害について責任を負いません。
運営者は、ユーザーが掲載したコンテンツの正確性・信頼性、またはユーザー間（カップルの相手を含む）に生じた紛争について責任を負いません。
無償で提供される本サービスの利用に関し、運営者は、関連法令が認める範囲で責任を負いません。
ユーザーは、重要なコンテンツを別途バックアップする責任を負い、運営者は、データの消失について、関連法令が認める範囲で責任を制限します。
本条は、運営者の故意または重大な過失による損害、および法令上制限できない責任を排除するものではありません。

第12条（準拠法および紛争の解決）

本規約および本サービスの利用に関する事項には、大韓民国の法令が適用されます。
運営者とユーザーとの間の紛争は、相互の信義に従い円満に解決することを原則とし、協議が調わない場合は、民事訴訟法に基づく管轄裁判所に訴えを提起することができます。
